Apatite

Apatite was first discovered in 1786 by A.G. Werner, however, it's name came from the Greek word meaning “to deceive” , due to many people mistaking it for other minerals such as Peridot and Beryl.

Blue Apatite is a stone of manifestation stimulating the intellect and bringing ideas from the mind into realisations. This stone allows for deep reflection, seeking self-insight and inner clarity. It is helpful for children with ADD or autism, drawing off negativity about oneself and others.
